Excellent 5. Poor 1. Terrible I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the parking situation managed by Jardines UK. Despite parking in a space marked with a heart symbol - which used to be designated for gym patrons - I received an unjust parking ticket. This space, along with others, apparently belongs to Jardines UK now, but the signage has not been updated to reflect this change. This oversight in updating the parking signs is not only negligent but also misleading for anyone who isn't aware of the recent changes.
