We are very excited to announce our collaboration with National Geographic Learning a part of Cengage Learning for We feel that NGL coursebooks offer a number of attractions for both our students and our teachers, national geographic learning.

Its mission is to inspire students to learn and acquire the skills they need to be successful in their careers or educational experiences, to achieve personal success and be better citizens of the 21st century, and to become lifelong caretakers of the planet. They bring to life excitement and joy of learning that National Geographic explorers, scientists, writers and photographers experience. They illustrate these materials with stunning National Geographic photography, video, and illustrations that bring the world to the classroom and the classroom to life. In partnership with the ISS National Lab, NGL has recently expanded this curriculum with the addition of engineering design challenges and new digital content. The new ISS-related content is not limited to space science.

The Explorer Mindset is a series of attributes, shared values, and commitments that define what it means to be a National Geographic Explorer. We developed a competency-based framework that identifies and codifies the Attitudes , Skills , and Knowledge that are indicators of the Explorer Mindset.
