Everyone's fighting these giant sand dinosaur things, and we briefly see that Threader, Hendricksen and baby Griamor are hanging out together. A couple of pages is devoted to Diane, Gilthunder and Hauser doing their best to take down their sand monster, but it has slime that causes all weapons to slide off, and eventually gets defeated by the caped dude with a staff we saw at the end of last chapter, who freezes the slime on the sand monster. We then cut away to a bunch of other characters we haven't seen before. There's this little elf-looking kid making poems while playing on a guitar.
