Lisa, Bec, and all the incredible instructors are all incredibly talented but so generous with their teaching and provide such a welcoming environment for people. I look forward to getting back in for some classes when I can. I would recommend this place to those both in and out of the west, would be worth a trip across town. Not only are a variety of classes offered that are modified to meet all skill levels, but the instructors are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and assist you with necessary modifications to prevent injury and help you get the most out of your classes aka a good workout. My Mama Said is more than a workout studio; it is a community and family that feels like home.
