They took over 12 hours to unload a U-Haul that took only 4 hours to load and did not have Anything heavy or furniture, only boxes that all went into one room with a level entry. Oh, and my 2 kids and I did more unloading and hauling than to movers. Oh, and they brought no food so I bought them breakfast, lunch and eventually dinner. Dinner was a desperation move--if they finished by I said that I would drive them to the McDonalds before they closed, buy them a burger, fries and drink, and then drop them off at the U-Haul dealer.
