Secondly, our customer service team are constantly coming up with ideas to help customers better and faster. Like letting you update your personal details, or query and even cancel transactions without leaving the chat window. The plan is to have everyone moved over by the end of the year at the latest. You can do all the same fundamental things you could before, like have text chats, upload files and tag your messages as urgent.
