Catty Noir is a introduced and all-around character. She is a black werecata pop star, and a student at Monster High, monster high catty noir. Catty Noir is a black-furred, or black-skinned anthropomorphic werecat who possesses a similar body type as Iris Clops and is same height as Clawdeen Wolf and Cleo de Nile. Her hair is pink and accented by micro-braids and pulled back in a ponytail on the top and sides around her ears.

Doll has hot pink twists styled in a high ponytail. Comes with extra accessories a cute black cat pet, heart shaped silver backpack, microphone, journal, blue shattered sunglasses, official merch bottle, stylish ruffle jacket and snacks. Her pink hair has dark pink strands in it and it's pulled back on the top and sides around her ears. She loves unlucky things so her tube dress has a broken mirror pattern to it. Having striven for a place in the music industry from a very young age, Catty is a world-famous pop star and teen idol, who has many fans at Monster High. It was a meeting with these fans that eventually made her decide to put her career on hold at age 16 to enjoy what remained of her teenage years as a regular student. Though she loves to sing and entertain others, it does her good to finally have time for herself again. One thing she hasn't put on hold is her adherence to superstition. In general, the way it affects her life is small and can be worked with, but occasionally her uncompromising beliefs get her into trouble. In English, she was voiced by Missi Hale. Presumably born as a resident of the Boonited States of Scaremerica, Catty discovered her passion and talent for singing at a young age. Her first attempt to find an audience for herself was during a grade school talent show, but she only made it to second place. In response, she dedicated most of her free time for years practicing to perfect her voice and making a name for herself by performing wherever she could. Eventually, she made it big in her early teens and has been touring since.

Directed by William Lau and written by Keith Wagner, who also provided its story and screenplay, the film is the 12th in the list of CGI-animated films based on the Monster High doll franchise by Mattel. Cleo de Nile's father Ramses invites his daughters to attend a fancy gala in Boo York featuring the showing of the Comet Crystal and heralding the arrival of a comet from outer space. Cleo invites her boyfriend Deuce and classmates Frankie, Clawdeen, Draculaura, Operetta, and Catty Noir, the last of whom has been struggling to come up with a new original song. They also bump into Toralei, who was invited by Cleo's sister Nefera. Ramses and Nefera conspire to take over Boo York by trying to set up Cleo with the gala patron Amuncommon Ptolemy's son Seth, where, if Cleo and Seth make a promise under the comet's power, the promise cannot be unbroken. Meanwhile, back at Monster High, Ghoulia discovers the comet seems to be on a collision course to Earth, and tries to stop it before it blows up the entire world. Catty Noir debuted in the cartoon series in the Volume 3 TV special " 13 Wishes ", which premiered on October 8, Catty makes her grand entrance at Monster High with a concert during the Eclipse Party. Catty is a self-made artist, whose only vice is her sensitivity to superstition. Her career seems to be over when she cancels a concert because of a bad feeling, but as it turns out, had the concert taken place, all present would have died in a series of natural disasters. She leaves the world of glitter and glamour for a while in order to enjoy a simpler life outside of the spotlight. Monster High is her high school of choice, where she hopes to be accepted as a peer by the other students. But fate isn't with her, as she finds out the moment she steps out of the car and is met by a crowd of enthusiastic fans and large banners bearing her image.
