Monogram refrigerator problems

This is a cross post because I want to make sure those of you considering these appliances go into your decision with more information than I had We have a new GE Monogram all fridge and freezer 7 months so fortunately still in warranty located in separate areas of the kitchen.

The technicians they send are not knowlegdeable and have no idea how to fix it- they first said it was the motherboard and replaced it but that didn't work. The fridge actually worked great the first 6 years but it's a commercial fridge so it should go a lot longer than that. I makes me wonder about this circulation fan and evaporating moisture so its not freezing just what I read with many other complaints and may have something to do with this rust and mold that I just thought was sloppy housecleaning on the previous owners part.
