Officials: 4 illegal spas closed, 2 people arrested in massage parlor crackdown Mar 13, , pm Updated on Mar 13, The Town of Babylon on Wednesday announced that a crackdown on illegal massage parlors resulted in the closure of four businesses and the arrests of two people. A green sticker was slapped on the door, shuttering the business. Town of Babylon officials say they're stepping up inspections of spas after numerous complaints from residents. Officials say they found several spas in the town lacking proper local business permits, and there were code and serious safety violations. Three businesses were temporarily shut down. Legitimate massage spa owners say the influx of questionable and in some cases illegal massage spas on Long Island give their industry a bad reputation.

But this time I got some lady that thought a deep tissue massage ment jabbing her elbows into my shoulder blades and rubbing her fore arms on my back. I asked her multiple times to massage with her hands and never had I experienced this at this place. She proceeded to tell me every massage person is great and still insisted I drop a ten dollar tip… not happy that Great massage. The price and service is what you would expect from a local foot spa. The place seems newer and fresher than most you encounter which is great! The workers were all friendly but a little hard to communicate with.
