The DOF Shaderpack is a very simple, yet incredibly useful shaderpack. It does exactly what you think it will do: it adds Depth of Field to Minecraft, but without adding any other effects. The DOF Shaderpack is designed to make your worlds look more beautiful with the effect of actual depth of field. Depth of Field is not an independent phenomenon. Once enabled, the effect adapts to your focal point. When you focus your cursor on something in the far distance, you will lose focus on nearby objects, and they will therefore appear blurry. This effect also works the other way around.

Depth Of Field is the distance between the closest and farthest objects in a photo that appears acceptably sharp. This is an effect that many shderpacks like BSL and Complementary provides. But most people do not have a system that is powerful enough to run these shaders while giving good framerates. So here is a shaderpack that can give you only the depth of field effect, so that you can enjoy taking some focused screenshots and visuals.
