In the Sister Location Custom Night minigame segments, Michael is seen as a young Caucasian man with a light skin tone, darkish brunette hair that seems to be combed over, a elongated smile just like his father's and long-sleeved purple shirt, dark blue jeans, brown shoes and dark blue eyes. After being reanimated into a living corpse, he has dark purple skin due to his skin decomposing and rotting, with black empty eye sockets with two pinprick white dot-like pupils.
