Oily Curry. I ordered two curries and they were literally all oil. Tried some but then had to throw them out.

So if you actually got off your behind and collected your own takeaway food in person a new concept you would have been able to judge the quality of the food by seeing what others had ordered and if it was not up to your standard you could have left and purchased something else. I had quickly lodged a dispute with my credit card provider. Ask them for the photo of it being delivered. Menulog didn't offer any help, never again. Lodge a paypal dispute if you paid paypal. Absolutely- no service provided, no payment provided. There's an option in the app to report missing items, which i did, and got a refund fairly quickly. Whenever I have asked for a refund through menu log previously they have always just sent my money back and that was only over things like wrong or missing items. Didnt need to speak to anyone. That wasn't even what the OP ordered.

I'm not saying that is a lot of oil, but BP called and expressed interest. Menulog didn't offer any help, never again. I guess that's a different thing to complaining about quality though.
