So, I reluctantly McDonald's located in Lousiville Kentucky right at the Phillips lane and Preston Highway intersection just down the street from the Kentucky fairgrounds.

It's McDonald's so the food is just that. However, the service at this one in drive thru is great. There is one lady that is there all the time taking orders and money. She is so kind always smiling and makes me smile, because she is. Inside can be a different story, you have to use the kiosk and if you need a refill you will wait for it. September Came through Sunday September 24th during louder than life and i was amazed at the staff. They went above and beyond all while having an amazing attitude during one of the busiest times i sat in the drive through maybe 20 minutes.
