Sean: Tell us about the process of writing and recording the new songs on this album. Matt: A lot of these songs have been sitting on the shelf for a while. Co-writes from previous sessions plus a few written with the idea of them landing on this album. Recording was simple. I sat down with my guitar, and we hit record. Any guests who sang came into the studio and we sang together. I tried to keep it as loose and spontaneous as possible.
