While information on the game might be fleeting, we do at least know Mass Effect 5 - or at least a new Mass Effect game - is in development at BioWare. From everything we do know, it looks like we're going to be waiting some time before we either find out more about the game or have any chance of playing it. The Mass Effect 5 devs say they're thinking hard about canon debates right now , but also added that "development has been proceeding very well" in a recent blog post.
