The Marquis Culinary Centre is a unique open kitchen all-you-care-to-eat concept offering many food stations and a rotational menu. Connected to the central kitchen and located adjacent to the dining rooms it serves as a hub providing service and support to residential dining, conference meals and walk in customers. Our menu includes a large selection of items at multiple food stations that are prepared fresh in small batches. This all-you-care-to eat concept allows guests to build their plate based on their needs, choose portions, and try new dishes. We strive to prepare as many menu item in-house as possible. We are committed to providing fresh, wholesome and nutritious food with an emphasis on local and sustainable ingredients. Host tickets can be made available to the convener. All liquor served in the facility is to be provided by the University of Saskatchewan, Culinary Services this includes all beer, spirits and wine.
