Miis are digital avatars that were introduced in the Wii , where they can be created at any time via the Mii Channel or Mii Maker in later consoles. They resemble 3D humans, which use a variety of different facial features and body types. Despite their main purpose of being avatars of the creator and their associates, they are used to a wider extent, being first compatible in a Mario Kart game with Mario Kart Wii , as unlockable drivers and spectators in various Tracks in the game. Miis are Nintendo 's digital avatars that are meant to resemble 3D humans. They were introduced on the Wii via the Mii Channel, where they can be created whenever the player wanted to, using one of many different heads, hair, eyebrows, eyes, noses, mouths, facial hair, glasses and body types in various colors and positions. Players can also pick a Mii's favorite color, which affects the color of their shirt or dress, and give them a nickname. They can also be created via the Mii Maker on later consoles, Miitomo before it was shut down , or on your Nintendo Account profile if you have one. However, only six can be stored on your Nintendo account profile. Even when unlocked, CPU racers will never participate as a Mii. Miis can be in any weight class according to their height and weight, so therefore Miis can drive every Kart and Bike in the game, though they can only access vehicles in their weight class. The paintjob for the Miis' vehicles depends on their gender, where males' karts and bikes are usually colored blue and females' karts and bikes are usually colored pink. When racing, Miis make sounds according to race actions. There are eight different voices, four for each gender, which depends on the selected Mii's favorite color. Also, Miis' voices are lower pitched if they're in a heavier weight class. When playing as a Mii, many statues on some tracks are replaced with random Miis in the game, such as the Luigi statue in Luigi Circuit.

Conveniently enough, the Top Speed, Off-Road, Mini-Turbo, and Weight values for karts are all based on twenty different, pretty much equally spaced values, so I decided to adapt a twenty-point system for the other stats, as well. For further reading on these stats, you can check out my FAQ on the subject on GameFAQs; it also has a lot of useful notes on item probabilities, which were also taken directly from the game data. Spot on with this write-up, I truly think this website needs much more consideration. I want to make a mod where the stats of some of the vehicles are changed. Where could I find the stats in the disc? Somewhere in Common. Only karts are able to do double red mini-turbos, and only bikes are able to do wheelies.
There are a number of tracks that repeatedly show up in the Mario Kart franchise, and with rumors of Mario Kart 9 surfacing, there are still a number of tracks that haven't made an appearance for a while. Mario Kart 8 revamped many classic tracks from previous games, especially in the Deluxe Booster Course Pass, where many tracks from Mario Kart Tour made an appearance. With the Deluxe Pass bringing in many classic and loved tracks, there are still many tracks that are due to make a comeback. Although there are many new features Mario Kart 9 should introduce , it would be great to see some older tracks making a comeback. The Deluxe Pass has many Tour tracks, so Nintendo should use Mario Kart 9 to create new and unique tracks and bring some of the classics back. With a great soundtrack, mud to avoid, a variety of jumps, conveyor belts that alternate sides, and extra items to collect, Toad's Factory is due to make a comeback soon.
