As a sister, Alya appreciates Nora trying to protect her but understands that she doesn't always need her protection. Unknown to her that like her best friend he was using her own Alliance Ring to track her leading to the discovery of her identity and steal her Miraculous. The show in general really likes to just brush aside any potential civilian casualities for the sake of the plot.
