This list contains known album titles from both Japanese and American releases of anime music from all iterations of the Dragon Ball franchise. The Dragon Ball Z Hit Song Collection series and the Dragon Ball Z Game Music series have each their own lists of albums with sections, due to length, each individual publication is thus not included in this article. To date, this is the only known soundtrack to have been released during the series' lifespan. Unlike the previous seven releases, it is the first one to contain all of the songs. It was later re-released on December 1, , on cassette by near the end of the series' lifespan.

The manga volume that it is made up of is " Boo Unleashed ". This article refers specifically to the events in the fourth sub-saga, which is the sixteenth overall saga. He then takes a Senzu Bean and flies off to fight Majin Buu alone without Goku's interference, intending to defeat Majin Buu in order to atone for his betrayal. Initially the most surprising thing about Majin Buu is his childlike manner. Many of the Dragon Team underestimate Majin Buu because of his actions.
