This page shows the graduate admissions office processing times for incoming applications, emails and documents, as well as change requests submitted via the Graduate Applicant Portal GAP. It is updated at least once a day during the working week. Please bear in mind that around holiday closure dates , and application deadlines , our response and processing times may be slower. If you submit a change request via the GAP, please bear in mind that it may take some time for us to receive the decision from your programme selector. We will email you with an update as soon as we hear back from them. We are currently processing references to complete applications received by email on and including:. We are currently processing the following change request forms received via the GAP on and including the following dates. Please check the portal and look for the 'my actions' page to see the status of your request. Please note that if we have asked you to provide additional information that must be processed, your pre-CAS will correspondingly be slightly delayed. We process applications as soon as they become complete ie submitted and matched with two references , via a process which runs on working days. Once your application has been processed you will receive the final acknowledgement email and be given your unique LSE ID number with instructions on how you can open your LSE for You account to track your application online. Please note, this waiting time begins at the point you receive our acknowledgement email confirming that your application is complete and has been sent to the programme selectors for consideration. If you already have an unconditional offer, we recommend that you send through your documents for us to verify as soon as you can. If you wait until the summer, you will be submitting them at the same time as all those who were awaiting degree results, and this means it will take longer for us to process them.
An average lecture is taking about 3 times as long to prepare and deliver as in a normal year. Just going to make the most out of my final year!

Each application we receive is carefully considered on an individual basis, taking into account the full range of information presented on the UCAS application form. The information below is designed to help our prospective applicants who may have queries ranging from preferred subject combinations, our stance on retakes, and the manner in which we assess the information presented in your application. As you will see from the application data provided on our individual programme pages , there is a great deal of competition for places at the School. In , we received around 26, applications for 1, places. This fierce competition for places means that meeting or exceeding the entry requirements does not guarantee that an offer will be made, and every year we unfortunately have to disappoint many well-qualified applicants. Introduction As the majority of our applicants apply with A-levels, this guidance is written primarily towards that audience.

Only a few programmes have deadlines by which you should apply — decisions are mostly made on a rolling basis, which means that a programme will close once all of the available places have been filled. You must therefore check the current availability of your chosen programme s and submit your application early to give yourself the best chance of obtaining a place. Many scholarships, however, especially for research programmes, have early deadlines. See individual programme pages and the fees and funding page for details of particular deadlines. Decisions for research programmes may take longer than this. Your submitted application will be received and processed by the admissions team only once we have received a reference from each of the referees you nominate in your online application. Applications received or completed after the deadline will not be considered for LSE research scholarships. We will always do our best to make sure that applications received just after the deadline reach the departments in time to be considered, but it is much better to plan ahead and submit early. Please be aware that some departments only make submissions to the earlier funding panels, and earlier applications have more chance of being considered for funding - check individual programme pages for details.

Drop all film recommendations below. Apart from that, no offers till LSE in mid March. Et nostrum est ducimus dolores qui qui quia fugit. Most universities coast based on their reputation and location as places like Cass Business do rather then really provide any real substantial advice. Needmoresleep that sounds like a horrendously stressful time! They asked him to send a questionnaire back which he's done, but that was a while ago now. Could I ask if he was in a position with no offers whilst waiting for LSE? Non ducimus dolor dolorem voluptatem ducimus.
Winter break Monday 11 December - Friday 12 January January exams Monday 8 — Friday 12 January Spring break Friday 29 March — Friday 26 April
Just saying. If we're lucky that is. Last year offer day tended to be a Thursday 1pm-5pm, and most rejections came on Friday. It was really difficult. I see so many roles which require computer programming but we don't have anything for this , and the general 'LSE is the best school' image being unture. You have to be adaptable, be eager to learn those skills rather then expect to be provided the opportunity to taught them. Please note, we can only confirm the receipt of documents as they are processed. He finally got an acceptance on about 17 March. Dude, welcome to going to a top school. I still don't like LSE Caelannn - the title of my degree is in the initial post :D frgna - you are right about the positives about LSE - i do agree with them as well as the negatives. I feel our DC have suffered enough.
In my opinion you are not right. I can defend the position. Write to me in PM.
