I would like to express my gratitude for receiving our love one in your good Home and for all the good and compassionate care that he is receiving. It is so touching how well the seniors living at Louis Brier are treated. I will be sending a donation in honour of all the love shown by the caregivers at Louis Brier. Unfortunately, during this difficult time, my sister has been unable to visit due to restrictions, but some of the care takers have actually taken the time to FaceTime with her so my Mom doesn't feel abandoned. My sister lives in Vancouver I live in Ontario and she is accustomed to visiting my mother on a daily basis to assist during meals because my mother does not eat very well without her. Seeing how the staff respect her, how they boost her self confidence, and how they love her is so good for my heart.
