This episode marks the second of a two-part episode centering on Stewie's plan to kill Lois, which was thought to have been successful until after Peter is implicated for the murder, Lois reveals herself to be alive and she fingering Stewie as her would-be assailant. The second part focuses on Stewie following through with his ultimate goal of world domination, forcing Brian to serve as his lackey. She began a relationship with a man named Derek, but this doesn't last after she learns that he is a white supremacist; after one of Derek's cohorts throws a bottle at tolerance-preaching Lois, the blow restores her memory and she rushed back to Quahog, where - apparently upon learning that she had been declared dead and Peter was on trial in connection with her "slaying" - she reveals the truth. As she finishes her story, Stewie had apparently escaped the courtroom. Joe begins a massive, yet unsuccessful manhunt for Stewie. But Stewie, as the Griffins will quickly realize, has been hiding out at home, pointing his machine gun at the family. Knowing that his crime and maliciousness are no longer a secret to the Griffins, Stewie ties his family up and viciously insults and bullies them. When Cleveland comes over for a visit, Stewie shoots him dead! So he can get away with this murder, he ties the family to chairs and forces Brian at gunpoint to drive him to the CIA Headquarters; Brian tells Stewie he will eventually be caught, but Stewie reminds him that he is in no position to argue. Meanwhile, the Griffins break free and search Stewie's room for clues as to where Stewie is going, but stumble upon his secret arsenal of weapons and other devices instead. Lois has enough and - realizing what she must do - arms herself with various weapons from Stewie's reserve, then after telling Peter dinner is in the oven vows to confront Stewie once and for all.
