Locke was a man-at-arms who worked for House Bolton and is best known for capturing Jaime and Brienne when Brienne was on her way to trade Jaime for the Stark girls on behalf of Catelyn Stark. He appeared in seasons three and four of the show and was played by Noah Taylor. Locke was the perfect underling for House Bolton. He enjoyed his own special forms of sadistic torture and played by his own set of rules, no matter where his loyalty was pledged.
