January 29, 0 found this helpful. Sorry to say, plugging the cord back in is only a temporary fix. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet. Thank you for helping me to get the control back to working. Happy camper now! Thanks so much for the answer to this problem. Mine shows E on one side and won't turn off the E remains on. Not a fix all though. Unplug it. That was also replaced and Ill be pulling out the throw tonight and testing the controller to determine if it operates. After answering questions about the problem, I was asked to leave a message--I gave my name and telephone number--three days and have not received any response from them.
