Continue along the path to the right and look at the decrepit remains of a bridge where the seagulls are to find the first rune 'n'. When you continue along the path to, across a few light bridges, nearly to the top, you'll see the last rune, the 'C', in plain view just beyond a chain that will bring you down to open a gate that brings you back near the entrance of this island. Just beyond the 'n' rune, you'll see particles in the air.

Break the wood with your axe and have Atreus shoot the crystal to reveal a light bridge that leads to the Nornir chest.

They're back with a vengeance on this small island in the Lake of Nine that becomes available once the water level has dropped for the second time. To get to the Light Elf Outpost, travel to the northern part of the Lake of Nine, and dock at the island just past the Helheim tower. Use the long beach to your advantage and pepper him with Precision Throw combos. When the beasties are dealt with, saunter into the ruins and break the boards on the other side of the pool directly in front of you.
