Both of my LG A9 vacuum batteries have stopped working, I find it odd that both batteries are not charging. I've checked the voltages and both are at 2. The ease of use over a corded vacuum more than makes up for the small dust compartment. Just a word of warning: I've had 2 batteries go dead on me with this model. Both replaced under warranty.
