Wednesday night, Officers were dispatched to the area of North Grand Avenue and William Parkhurst Drive in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, Officers found a vehicle that had flipped onto its roof. Both drivers and the second vehicle had left the area. No arrests have been made. Early Friday morning, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of West 16th Street and South Grand Avenue because the car was not properly registered. Two occupants of the vehicle were found to have warrants for their arrest.
