KLM is now consistently my worst travel experience airline! Their staff do not know the applicable benefits for each of their membership levels. It clearly states on their website that silver flying blue members have priority lanes. However, every time I use one, I am told extremely rudely that I am not allowed to use priority lanes. The official Dutch foreign ministry advice for travelling reported no alerts for the area. After I finally! Then I filed a claim for reimbursement of expenses 1 extra day at the hotel and 1 extra day at Schiphol parking I only received a refund for the hotel. I asked at least 25 times really not joking here! After 3 months I am still awaiting for a reply that will obviously never come! Incredibly rude, utterly stupid and I would expect much more from an airline such as KLM. After finally getting to my assigned seat , and getting seated comfortably, the Head Flight Attendant approached me and demanded that I change my seat to accommodate another passengers convenience!

Trip to Las Vegas via Amsterdam which started with very poor customer service at KLM desk being told my hand luggage was to be checked in, no option. Cramped seating and poor selection of movies, tried to upgrade the meal on the flight back however the site will not let me. How messed up is the system in KLM that they can cancel and recover and cancel anyway they want. What a mess around! So, I cannot see why other airlines do not have this. Not client friendly at all. As a loyal passenger of KLM, I have always appreciated the high standards of service that your airline upholds. So I thought screw this I'm cancelling it then. So when she left on day 4 I was left to figure things out on my own. The company left me in a terrible and difficult situation which is unacceptable. First and last time flying with KLM. Few days later i get on this flight back home..
