Kingsdown campsite is the perfect base to explore this beautiful corner of Kent and South East England. We support an environmentally friendly approach and traditional camping values with modern facilities and a friendly smile. Set within a stunning acre cliff-top estate Kingsdown Campsite offers visitors a truly memorable camping experience. This beautifully located campsite enjoys panoramic sea views and easy walking access to the beach, golf course, village shops and three popular pubs. Pitches are not allocated unless you book an electric pitch. Pets are NOT permitted and we do not sell or hire tents. Only raised campfires and BBQs are allowed. Our fire baskets are available to hire and we sell logs and fire lighters in our site shop. For added security we operate an ANPR barrier system. You must therefore register your vehicle s on arrival, during office hours only, to gain access to the camping grounds. EHUP are accessible for tents, campervans, small motorhomes under 8m and caravans under 6. Keeping our campsite clean and green is important to us so we ask all guests to correctly recycle as much rubbish possible during your stay. Recycling and general wastebins are provided for this or you should take rubbish home to process correctly. Please always leave our campsite clean and tidy.

NO charge for tent pitches, tents, gazebos, camper-vans, awnings or bikes 1 free car per booking. Camping prices are based per person per night. Infants aged 3 and under camp for FREE. Camping check out is by 12pm. If would like to extend your stay after 12pm then we offer a 'Late Check Out' option that allows you to stay at the campsite until 6pm. This option may not be available if you have an EHU pitch or indoor accommodation.. Please note this offer is subject to our discretion and only available if a booking is made by an official representative of the group and payment is made from the recognised bank account.

The EHU pitches have good views, and are protected from people pitching in front by a fence. Was burnt. The ground is sloping over much of the site but flat places can be found at the bottom and round the edges. Very friendly helpful Reception staff, the showers and toilet blocks were kept very clean though the campsite was sparsely occupied so not under pressure , and the most wonderful views. Keep abreast of the latest news and updates much more easily. The rest of the afternoon was spent soaking up the sun or the shade, in my case… and playing more rounders and drinking more cider.
