Nale's son Wes confirmed his father's death to Entertainment Tonight. He'd been battling cancer for the past few months and we found out about it in January,' Wes revealed. Keith's brother, Kevin Nale, added: 'A life taken way too soon! It happed so quickly. Cancer ate him up. He passed this afternoon at his home in Shreveport, Louisiana. Keith and his son Wes both competed on San Juan del Sur, a unique season that pitted pairs of loved ones against each other. He was never part of any of the season's long-term alliances, though his skills in Immunity Challenges and a Hidden Immunity Idol helped him make it all the way to the final four.
