To book this service you must be a KC Sofas customer with a recent order or delivery. You will need to attach a copy of your order or delivery note so we can verify that you are a KC Sofas customer. On the day of collection, we will send a two-person team to collect your old sofas, which can be inside or outside of your property. Once we have removed the sofas and they have arrived at a licensed facility for recycling and processing, you will receive a notification by email. Organise the items that you have chosen for collection and group them all together.
