If you can help us with this wiki please sign up and help us! She is a young girl who works as a pet groomer and veterinarian at the pet parlor in Adventure Bay, the show's main setting. She gives the pups of PAW Patrol and other animals their baths and takes care of them when they are sick or injured. She owns a pet cat named Cali. Suiting up in her own version of Ryder's suit when out on missions with the pups, Katie joins Marshall and Skye on the rescue, but due to Humdinger's interference as he has the KCC sabotage the rescue efforts, Katie realizes he's to blame and plans a way to stop him. When Humdinger discovers the sabotage, he is upset his plans are ruined, and is forced to return to Foggy Bottom in defeat while listening to the bird sounds the KCC were now making. When Ryder returns from his trip to get the part for Robo-Dog, Katie assures him everything went well while he was gone, but he is a little confused when she hints at what happened with her and the pups while he was away before sharing a laugh with the rest of them. Katie is a kind, loving and caring girl who cares deeply for the well-being of animals and makes sure they are happy, healthy and properly bathed, and often gets worried if an animal is missing or in danger. She also seems to have a soft spot for cute animals, as shown with her reaction to Precious the kitten in "Pups and the Kitty-tastrophe" and the baby sea turtles in "Pups Save the Sea Turtles". She is very affectionate towards her pet cat, Cali. Katie has white skin, blue eyes, and long blonde hair. On her head, she wears a red hairband with two pink hearts on it. Her main outfit consists of a pink sleeveless striped shirt, blue short pants, and purple shoes.

As soon as Humdinger leaves, the Kitten Catastrophe Crew wreck havoc inside the parlor. The pups abandon their baths to help lead the kitties to the grooming table and clean up their mess just before Humdinger returns to retrieve his key that Cat Rocky stole. However, before he leaves again, Katie declares that Humdinger's kitties are no longer welcome inside her parlor due to their mischievous behavior. After Humdinger complains about losing his free time, Katie offers to bring her supplies to Foggy Bottom later and groom the kitties at his place instead, which Humdinger agrees and promises to get them on their best behavior. Back at Mayor Humdinger's lair, after Humdinger tells the Kitten Catastrophe Crew to be on their best behavior and warns them to not press a red button that activates his lair's new defense system, which will make the place impossible to get in or out of, Katie arrives with Cali and her supplies.
