I've already covered this topic as a poll, but after the release of the new episode and upcoming battle, I think I should recover this topic again. The prove mostly are Kaneki's kagune which looks very different from any Kagune and his "unknown organs" which were mentioned by Kimi. I like this theory mainly because of how cool it is to know that Kaneki is now completely different from any ghoul, Also it sort of makes sense since the dragon is like an evolution of kagune and possessed many traits that are beyond any normal ghoul.
