Another long meeting is expected this afternoon so I won't have the luxury of a full one-hour lunch today after all the traveling. It's been a while since I last visited The Pawn so they're obviously very high on my list while Five Guys also received some consideration but no milkshake still! Hailed from Osaka, Kamitora Tonkotsu is a place highly touted for its rich pork bone broth. That's our chef right there I was told! As a fan of rich pork bone broths, I went with their creamy Kamitora Ramen which is tonkotsu-based and also happened to be their top seller. The noodles weren't bad.

More condiments like picked kamitora and pickled takana were available as well. The spicy miso paste was not all that spicy though as it did nothing to enhance the soup.
