Can we get these added to Hive A rotation or something so people can actually, grab these mods? He does, but that isn't exactly 'accessable' when there's 14 identical mods jolt warframe you can just, grind out on the star chart. Good lord I'd rather wait for Baro. And that's not really particularly as prohibitive as you are making it out to be, jolt warframe.

Depends on when you're selling it. Since Jolt just recently popped up from Baro Kiteer, prices are low since everyone already has it. So right now, I'd say about 20? I could be wrong though, the trade trends fluctuate so much. It was worth about P before the last time Baro had it available. Probably half of that right now.
