I had an outdoor photo shoot that came with one free digital image. I was not given an option to select the 1 image on line. The only options were to purchase a package. I spoke with 2 different customer service representatives and neither were helpful and gave 2 different answers. Spoke directly with the store I did the shoot with and they said they didnt handle on line orders and theyd mention it to the higher ups. I never heard back and when I called back they said they had not heard anything from management yet. I was cancelled the day before my booking due to staff shortages. Fine I understand. They said to call back to reschedule and I tried to twice and both times Chris refused to do so. He was laughing and talking with someone else half the time I didnt even know if he was talking to me. All I wanted was another day and he refused. I had been a customer for 25 years and was just asking to reschedule like Chriss phone message said to do. He Said he may or may not call me back to schedule and said corporate would have to reschedule me. So I hung up and called corporate they said Chris was being lazy and could have done it.
