One story was the Mighty Macs. I think about it now, you know, we used to define ourselves as a lower-middle class. But it hits a groove, and the added story lines and different perspectives come out smoothly and entertaining way.

It's not quite as good as actually watching basketball, but since we don't have that option right now, I'll take this book! They didn't give a s about the men's game.
