Nikita researches and teaches in the areas of financial regulation, itlp, law and technology, and consumer law. Barbara is a veteran communications professional with multi-disciplinary, mission-driven experience in higher ed, public sector, itlp, civic itlp and social justice organizations. Her research centers exploitative data practices that affect marginalized communities and explores how the law can entrench enhypen fanchant disparities when surveillance technologies are embedded in labor, education, and policing.

These programs are most beneficial for those with a development mindset already serving in leadership roles. Lead From Where You Are offers fully remote programming and includes five workshops over the span of 8 months. This program is most beneficial for anyone who does not have supervisory responsibilities but wants to develop their overall leadership skills. Because the program is structured over a 9-month period, I was able to practice these new methodologies and receive coaching after each session.

The IT Leaders Program is designed to enhance the professional and personal development of individuals who will play increasingly important management and leadership roles within their organizations. This article applies to: ITConnects. It is designed for individuals who will play increasingly important management and leadership roles. Rather than learning through case studies based on past events, participants work on real problems they are facing. It is also for those already in positions of leadership who wish to improve their skills. Participation entails a 2-year commitment year one is the program and year two is mentoring the next year's participants. Cornell class members meet off-site at other Ivy Plus institutions. Time commitment: October to September with four virtual 1-day sessions and four in-person 3-day sessions. The in-person sessions require travel days. Work is assigned to complete between sessions. All costs are paid by your Cornell department, unit, or college. Typically, participants require a 3- or 4-night stay, depending on the university location.
