In this study, it was aimed to determine the perceptions of pre-service teachers about the process of PPSE, interview, and recruitment process. In the research, in which correlational survey model was used, a purposeful sampling model was conducted so as to determine the sample. The sample of the research consists of pre-service teachers who are studying at first and fourth grades. The perceptions of preservice teachers about PPSE, interview, and recruitment process and the variation levels of these perceptions according to gender and grade were examined within the scope of the study. When the findings obtained in the research are examined, it is seen that the perceptions of pre-service teachers about the process of PPSE, interview, and recruitment process are at moderate level.
