Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War has reached the climax of the first conflict between the Soul Reapers and the Sternritter, and thus the newest episode of the anime really went for broke in the fight between Ichigo Kurosaki and Ywhach! As the new anime continues to finally adapt the long awaited final arc from Tite Kubo's original manga series, fans are getting to see some of the biggest fights they have been hoping to see for quite some time. This includes all of the first fights Yhwach himself was involved in that show off the true power of the Quincies' leader. Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War has reached the apex of the Sternritters' attack on the Soul Society with Episode 7 of the series, and through this has fully brought Ichigo Kurosaki to the battlefield after he was spending much of it trapped within Quilge Opie's jail. But with his return to the Soul Society and seeing how much chaos and death that the Sternritter have caused, Ichigo points all of his rage at their leader and kicks off a fight between the two of them. Episode 7 of Bleach : Thousand-Year Blood War sees Ichigo taking on Yhwach after making his way back to the Soul Society, and he's much worse for wear given how much damage he took trying to escape from Opie's jail. But he doesn't care about his current state as he's filled with rage over the deaths that have taken place thus far. Channeling his Spiritual Pressure, Ichigo launches into a full fight against Yhwach and the Sternritter leader quite easily deals with Ichigo's efforts. Ichigo is nearly killed through the fight as well as it was immediately clear that the villain is much stronger than Ichigo's current level. At the same time, it's not like the villain was fighting at full force either as Yhwach much like he did with Sosuke Aizen desires to recruit Ichigo to their side for the eventual destruction of the Soul Society. However, Yhwach claims that he will not be using The Almighty in order to savor this meeting with his son, only for Ichigo to state that he has a different father. Dismissing Isshin Kurosaki as not being Ichigo's true father, Yhwach reminds Ichigo of where his power originates from, but Ichigo proclaims that Yhwach is the one who killed his parent, prompting Yhwach to taunt Ichigo for speaking of his mother's death.
