Clothes or towels can block toxins and bacteria from leaving the body, not to mention make you overheat. Seriously, the ratio is like Before getting in, you should always take a shower. Your dripping sweat will not be appreciated anywhere but on said towel; otherwise, brace yourself for angry looks. Last but not least, the sauna is traditionally a quiet zone -- talking is allowed, but usually nobody does it and in such a space, it can also get pretty annoying anyway.

I haven't been to the other places you mention. What's up in Artemis? As for history, I got into it in a big way during my trip last week - will be back for more of that too. I suppose what you also need to take into account is the Artemis facilities and the ability to view the women in the atmosphere that Artemis provides. Nice hotel in quiet part of Berlin. I expect that these are Eastern European, young and fit quality or are we talking a different kettle of fish here like comparing FKK quality with partytreff quality and I have to set my sights way way down.
