I waited one hour with my laugage in front of the hotel until they answered my calls then no rooms, after that he told me to book another hotel and I did, when I reached the other hotel which was armada they told me no rooms available and the same thing happened to me in the same day. I'm really have a very bad experience and I'm so disappointed of agoda. I'll never recommend it to anyone. Lastly I booked with a mother famous website and I got my booking finally.
