So, I stripped the bed and crawling on my pillow was a live bed bug!!! I took a picture of this and went down to the front desk and immediately complained. The overnight clerk reported it to the management and housekeeping and switched me rooms. The manager I did talk to told me that they are looking into this situation and are taking appropriate measures to get rid of them. Excuse me but if you trained your housekeeping staff and management on how to look for these bugs in the first place this wouldn't of happened. I am to be exempt from paying state and city taxes and I asked that manager to check my portfolio to see if those taxes have been taken off of my bill. She checked and told me they were, but when I checked out they were NOT and thus the front desk gal had to reimburse me for those charges.
