I won't name the store because the staff, especially the store manager, were helpful and in the end gave us some credits, but the process was very stressful. The store sent out a man to re-attach it, but he did a terrible job. When I complained, a manager told me to find someone myself to do the work. They did pay for the labour. We are satisfied with the stove, patio, and countertop, but we would never again use Home Depot for any installation work.
