Complete management failure! My folks both in their 80's , went to Fairmount Home Depot to buy Dryer. Very nice salespeople helped them. Upon purchase with a check, were told digital reader I called Home Depot have them recommend someone to service my air conditioner. I called them because I hopped they would send me to a service that they had veted and I could expect good service at Incompetence to the Nth degree. Honestly, such poor management and communication to patrons.
