We booked the tour, but we were not on the list. When we got back we made a complaint. We couldn't make a direct complaint, so Sell of Vacation had to do it on our behalf. The response pretty much said "we lied" and there was a representative at all times. We refused to response and filed another complaint and they got back to us with another fabricated story and stated that this will be their final and last response.
