We exist to create opportunities for the next generation of women in STEM connecting them with leaders in the industry for career support. We listen to the needs of the community and that of the STEM industry to better help the next generation of underserved youth, with a focus on young women to enter STEM. Doina Oncel knows firsthand what it is like to be an immigrant woman, living in a low-income household, youth at risk, having to overcome domestic violence, homelessness, and now a single mother of two daughters. While surrounding herself with people who encouraged her to become a better self, she learned that she must be the change she wants to see in the world and while she creates opportunities for her daughters she wants to make the world a better place by encouraging parents to do the same for their daughters. Someone has believed in her to give her the opportunities she has today and now she wants to do the same for the next generation to follow. Brazilian funk is a worldwide mania thanks to KondZilla, the YouTube channel that gave visibility to favela's culture and became TOP 3 in the world. But female representation was still an issue as women lacked opportunities. They would only be invited to appear in music videos in hypersexualized roles while men got all the important projects. That was when we created HERvolution, a contract clause that guarantees more women in the music industry. As it began to spread among women's groups, other industries started to use it and, at KondZilla, it got so big it became an independent music label. But the more Brazilian funk became known worldwide, the more we saw the sexism behind it. So how do we change an industry that doesn't want to change? By using the only thing these guys respect: contracts. That was when we created HERvolution, a cause transformed into a clause. HERvolution is a cause transformed into a clause. Failure to comply with the clause may result in fines or contract termination. The HERvolution clause spread among women's groups,and they began to use it in several ways. Then what began as a silent movement started showing off its faces and went beyond a YouTube channel, becoming an independent music label and even a broadcast TV program. The HERvolution gave female artists and producers the chance to show their talents. Where there was a woman, now there are two.

Through SRGs women empower themselves by developing strong friendships, saving money, learning skills and supporting each other to create entrepreneurial opportunities.
