The Red Dead Redemption 2 Herbalist Challenges offer up a much more reserved set of tasks to the usual shooting and general outlawing you'll be doing in the game. Along the way you'll pick up some new botanical knowledge, as you learn how to craft useful items that will help you during the rest of your journey.
