Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted in a university hospital where nurses were employed, and conducted with nurses who have been working in this hospital for at least one year and volunteered to participate in the study. The data were collected with an online questionnaire consisting of three parts. Verilerin analizinde SPSS Aim: During the COVID pandemic, the workload of healthcare professionals has significantly increased due to the rising use of healthcare services and the shortage of healthcare personnel in Turkey, as in the rest of the world. In addition, in this process, health professionals are often faced with ethical dilemmas due to their individual, organizational, and social duties. The ethical dilemma is expressed as a situation in which one must choose from more than one option. The individual has difficulty choosing between ethical and unethical situations, but when ethical options are in question, they must choose the best of the possibilities. It is especially important for nurses working in the hospital to act in accordance with ethical rules, both in terms of patient and employee safety, and in improving the quality of service processes.
