She returned as a cast member on Total Drama Action and served as the captain of the Screaming Gaffers. She was seen with the original contestants on a yacht in the first episode of Total Drama: Revenge of the Island and had a cameo appearance in The Treasure Island of Dr. Gwen is fair skinned with short turquoise hair with black thick highlights and turquoise painted lips. As a teenager, her outfit consists of a black corset with turquoise sleeves at the top and dark green at the bottom and it reaches her elbow. She wore a black choker collar on her neck, a black skirt with turqoise squares at both sides, grey tights and black boots that reach her knees. As a child in Total DramaRama , she has teal hair tied in pigtails and navy-blue eyes and wears a blue dress with a black vest that doesn't reveal her midriff and cleavage, dark blue leggings, and blue boots. Despite her seemingly cold, harsh attitude and being somewhat tomboyish, Gwen is not a bitter person but is rather suspicious and very cautious about whom she lets into her life. She is a very kind, responsible, sensitive, and mature teen. She also shows sisterly instincts towards the more childish contestants such as Owen and Cody. Gwen also suffers from claustrophobia or a fear of enclosed areas, as seen in " Phobia Factor " and " The Treasure Island of Dr. McLean ". In the first few episodes, she acts aggressively defensive and pessimistic. However, she started showing her true colors as the season progresses. She soon develops a crush on Trent and forms an intense rivalry with her teammate and fellow Gopher Heather.

She is smart, independent, kind-hearted, and level-headed, stating her best quality is her inability to get excited over minuscule things. Her attitude at first seems very harsh and sarcastic, but she is not a bitter person. Rather, she is cautious of whom she lets into her life. Beneath her tough exterior, there is a kind heart that learns to trust as the series progresses.

Gwen is a character in the Total Drama series. She competes in all three seasons: Island, Action, and World Tour. She is often described as a loner, an introvert, and often emotional. She acts more and more friendly and open as the series progresses. In Island, despite her at-first grumpy behavior and overall dislikability only outranked by Heather , she manages to make it into the Final Two alongside Owen and also making it to the merge, the only time she does so among the three seasons oddly enough. She finds love in the form of Trent, though her introvertive behavior prevents her from making any proper advances other than a half-sleepy conversation in TDI03 during the Awake-A-Thon. This starts off the relationship proper. After making it to the merge alongside Trent, in TDI16 Heather plans a scheme to break up the lovebirds by kissing Trent in front of Gwen, an obvious set-up that Gwen and Trent failed to see until Trent was eliminated. Unlike Trent's elimination, Gwen did not feel sad when Duncan was eliminated, showing they were still just friends at this point. Gwen makes it to the Final Three, sadly alongside Heather.
